The Fitness Hub is a smart machine that helps you get started with your workouts. It does a quick scan of your body to learn things like your height, strength, flexibility, and movement range.
This means the seat moves to the right spot, the weights are just right, and the exercises match your body. You’ll also get a special score called BioAge, which shows how fit you are compared to your actual age. It’s a fun way to see how you’re improving over time.
BioAge is a fun and easy way to see how fit and healthy your body is compared to your real age. It looks at four things:
Each part gets a score, and together they show your BioAge. If your BioAge is lower than your real age, it means your body is doing really well! If it’s higher, it shows where you can improve. It’s a great way to track your progress and stay motivated.

Booking for your initial Fitness Hub assessment is required. Book your slot via the BH Live Active app, or click here. Once you have been assessed, you do not need to book any sessions to complete the EGYM circuits.
It should take between 45 minutes to complete your Fitness Hub assessment. Once your assessment has been completed, you will be able to do the EGYM circuit by yourself. Each EGYM circuit takes 45-60 minutes.
There are nine machines in the EGYM circuit, including bikes, leg press, seated row, chest press, abdominal crunch, back extension, lateral pulldown and leg curl.
Depending on your ability, we recommend that you complete your circuit programme 1-3 times a week.
Depending on your progress and goals, you will be prompted to complete another Bio Age assessment every 4-6 weeks.
