We want to brighten up January, so wear bright colours, bring glow sticks/glow in the dark accessories – the brighter the better!

Please note - glow sticks will not be sold at the event.

Please bring a water bottle and towel. 

If your session requires a mat, please bring your own as the event will not have any available.

BH Live Active Les Mills launch is free to attend for both members and non-members.

Entrance:
Upon exiting the car park at ground level, come to the main entrance to the building and walk through. The Solent hall will be signposted.

Registration is available from 8am. Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your first booked class.

Members can register using their BH Live Active membership card or band.

Non-members can give their names manually to a member of staff in the venue.

Please consider walking, cycling or public transport where possible.

If you are arriving by car, parking is FREE on the day (subject to availability) within the BIC car park.
Please collect a ticket at the car park on entry. This will be scanned and validated in the venue before you leave.

There will be no showers or changing facilities available for the event. Please dress appropriately for the classes. Toilets are available.

There is no bag drop this year. You may bring your possessions into the hall, but everything is left at your own risk.

Flashing lights will be in use during the event

A selection of snacks and hot and cold drinks will be available throughout the day to purchase and water stations will be located around the venue.

  • Please allow plenty of time to arrive and be prepared for security checks.
  • People are selected at random for security checks for your safety.
  • Security will ask to look inside your bag.

Security checks may take up to 30 minutes depending on queues at peak times.
