Adult Gym (16+)
A part coached session designed to work on improving skills and techniques, whilst also focusing on body conditioning. You are then offered the last hour to explore your potential and put into practice what you’ve learned with free time.
Adult Squad Individual (16+)
Great for enthusiastic ex-gymnasts or keen beginners looking to up-skill to competitions. This session focuses on fine tuning skills, techniques, and routines.
This session is paid via monthly direct debit, and members receive money off pay as you go sessions to support additional training.
