What is Nordic Fitness?

Nordic Fitness is a low-impact, full-body outdoor workout that combines walking with specially designed poles to engage both the upper and lower body. Sessions are fun, social, and suitable for all fitness levels, helping to improve fitness, posture, coordination, and overall wellbeing.

What to expect?

Expect a welcoming and social outdoor session with guided warmups, gentle fitness walking, and easy-to-follow techniques using Nordic walking poles. Sessions are designed to help improve fitness, posture, coordination, and confidence while enjoying the fresh air.

Nordic Fitness is open to adults of all abilities and fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to get active, improve your wellbeing, enjoy the outdoors, or meet new people in a supportive environment, everyone is welcome.

Please visit the reception in the centre as sessions are run indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather.

Mountbatten Mondays 9:30am - 10:30am (April – September)

Pyramids Wednesdays 1pm - 2pm (April – September)
