PRE & POST NATAL

Pre-natal activities

BH Live Active welcomes all pregnant people to enjoy unlimited FREE swimming throughout their pregnancy.

We recognise the importance of being active during pregnancy and the many benefits associated with swimming.

Pre-screening is an important first step in ensuring a safe and enjoyable start to getting active. 

Please complete the questionnaire before getting started.

To process your Swim FREE in Pregnancy membership, we will require you to email us proof of your pregnancy.

This could be either your MATB1 Form, your Maternity Exemption Certificate (FW8) or a letter addressed to you with details of your booking in appointment or an ante-natal scan. This proof should have your name on it.

On receipt of your referral, we will email you to request your proof of pregnancy. Once received, we will process your Swim FREE in Pregnancy membership and let you know it's live.

Enjoy swimming free throughout your pregnancy. Membership is set to expire 2 weeks after your due date.

PRENATAL CLASSES

BH Live Active delivers a variety of classes suitable during pregnancy and beyond that you can attend on a PAYG basis or enjoy as part of your BH Live Active membership.

Aqua-Natal and Strong Mums2Be are specialist pre-natal classes, but you are welcome to attend mainstream classes too as long as you have pre-screened.

Post-Natal

BH Live Active recognises that being active may seem like the last thing on your mind after having a baby but we are here to support you.

Regular activity can help your body recover after childbirth, make you feel more energetic and keep you fit.

Strong Mum & Baby enables you to bring your baby to class and enjoy a safe and effective workout with one of our expert advisors.

You can also attend mainstream classes once you have had your post-natal check.
