Our new Rise and Shine six-week confidence courses have kindly been funded by the AFC Bournemouth Cherries Community Fund.

Designed to support and inspire women through every phase of menopause; the six-week course features weekly 45-minute exercise sessions delivered by a qualified instructor, followed by a 30-minute breakfast workshop for discussion and reflection on the week’s menopause mini-series (a five-minute video emailed weekly, offering practical insights and guidance on key menopause-related topics).

The course aims to empower women with practical knowledge, physical activity, and a supportive community to help them navigate menopause with confidence.

Exercise sessions will include a variety of activities including circuits, pilates, gym sessions, studio cycling and much more. If you’ve not exercised in a long time, or ever before, this course of session will be perfect for you!

The 6-week course including exercise sessions, menopause mini-series, healthy breakfast each week and a pre-course online meet up has a one-off cost of £20.00* to cover course resources and must be paid upfront online (details on payment can be provided when registering for the course). Any surplus at the end of the six months will be reinvested back into the programme to deliver future sessions.
