Walking football is aimed at keeping people aged 50+ involved with football if, due to a lack of mobility or for other reasons, they are not able to play the traditional game. It is a social and fun activity which has many benefits to physical and mental health.

Gentle on the Body: Enjoy the beautiful game without the high intensity. Walking football allows you to stay active while reducing the risk of injury. All Skill Levels Welcome: Whether you’re a former player or a newcomer, everyone can participate and improve their skills. What to Expect:

Engaging sessions focused on skill development, teamwork, and friendly matches. Coaches will guide you through drills and strategies while keeping things fun. A relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy the game without the pressure.

Who can attend?

Over 50s or anyone that would benefit from a slower pace game.

Tennis Centre and Gymnastics Centre, Alex Way, Hilsea, Portsmouth PO2 9QA

Please go to the Tennis and Gymnastics Centre and go to the reception. They will show you the 3G pitch and where to go.
