Frequently Asked questions

There are login links on the BH Live Active at Home webpage and the BH Live Active app. You will need to use the same password and login you use to access activity bookings.

If you’re 18+, and have an activated membership or a digital only membership you will be able to access BH Live at Home platform.

You’d need to unfreeze your membership to access the classes. Please contact our membership team to unfreeze your membership.

Follow the prompts to reset your login details. Your new password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least;

  • 1 upper case letter
  • 1 lower case letter
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character such as £, %, -, @

If you are getting a message to upgrade your membership it could be because your membership is either frozen, has expired or does not include BH Live Active at Home. If you have a membership query or would like to unfreeze your membership please ask in centre.

Google Chromecast.

Connect Chromecast. Plug your Chromecast into a HDMI port on your TV and connect the USB power cable to either a USB port on the TV or a power outlet.
Set up Chromecast. Download the Google Home app on your device. Open the app and follow the instructions to set up your Chromecast.

Cast Content. Open the app you wish to stream from, tap the cast icon and select your Chromecast to start casting content to your TV.

Switch TV Input. Make sure to switch your TV’s input to the HDMI port where the Chromecast is connected.

Apple AirPlay.

Connect to WIFI. Ensure your Apple TV and the device you want to stream from are connected to the same Wifi network.
Enable AirPlay. On your Apple TV, go to Settings – AirPlay and make sure you turn AirPlay ON

Stream content. Open the video you wish to watch and click the AirPlay icon on the screen (this looks like a rectangle with a small triangle) and select your TV from the list.

Enter Code if prompted.

Mirror your screen. To mirror your device's screen, swipe down from the top upper right corner (iPhone X or later) or swipe up from the bottom (iPhone 8 or earlier) to access Control Centre, then click Screen Mirroring and select your Apple TV.
