Young people across Portsmouth are invited to bounce, climb and slide like a ninja at Ninjair – a brand-new inflatable party attraction coming soon to Charter Community Sports Centre.
Children aged 5+ will race each other through a series of inflatable obstacles for up to 45 minutes of unforgettable fun. Participants’ ninja skills will be put to the test as they scramble past slides, bashers and climbing walls before taking on the leap of faith at the finish line!
Ninjair parties will be hosted by specially trained party activators who will lead guests through exciting games and challenges, ensuring celebrations are enjoyable, safe, and memorable for all. Bookings are now live – enquiries can be made at bhliveactive.org.uk/kids-parties/charter-parties.
Charter Community Sports Centre is managed by BH Live in partnership with Portsmouth City Council.
On behalf of BH Live, Matt Low, Portsmouth Cluster Manager, shared;
“Encouraging young people to have fun staying active is such an important way to ensure that healthy habits are built for life. Ninjair is an exhilarating inflatable packed with tons of obstacles to challenge visitors and put their skills to the test. It’s the perfect venue for little ninjas to celebrate their birthdays – we can’t wait to welcome partygoers.”
Cllr Lee Hunt, Cabinet Member for Community Safety, Leisure & Sport said:
“Ninjair sounds like it’s going to be so much fun! It’s fantastic BH Live are able to come up with these new and exhilarating ways to encourage the younger generation to be physically active. Promoting positive physical health is so important to us, so we are thrilled to be working so closely BH Live.”
BH Live is a registered charity and social enterprise. It has invested in several new attractions over the last five years to create more activities for young people to encourage them to be more active.
AquaDash!, a giant pool obstacle course at the Mountbatten Centre, challenges visitors to traverse humps, a demolition ball, a basher wall and a slide to encourage more people to have fun staying active in the water. It opened in spring 2023 and has since welcomed more than 5,400 people and 95 birthday parties.
Additionally, BH Live opened Exploria at Pyramids in Southsea in September 2021 as part of a multi-million-pound investment with Portsmouth City Council. The city’s largest soft play centre offers multiple zones to encourage children aged up to 17 years of age to jump, bounce and engage with interactive games, foam pits, slides, and much more. Exploria also has four party rooms for hire.
