Party Booking Terms and Conditions

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are accepting this on behalf of all participants that form part of your party booking.

BH Live Party activities include but are not limited to Soft Play, AirJumpX, Ninjair, Football, Gymnastics, Tennis, and Swimming including Wet & Wacky, AquaDash, The Crusher, Raptor Run, MountAirX/XL.

Collectively hereinafter called “Activity”.

1. Booking and payment

1. Payment for your party must be made in full at time of booking.

1.2. You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of confirming your booking.

1.3. After the cooling off period, bookings are non-refundable.

1.4. Booking transferrable subject to facility availability.

1.5. Booking amendments, including party guest numbers, must be requested a minimum of 7 days before party date.

2. Party food/areas

2. For catered parties, food orders must be received a minimum of 7 days before party date.

2.1. You must notify us of any food allergies in advance.

2.2. If your party is self-catered, you are responsible for catering to any food allergies/intolerances of your guests.

2.3. The use of party poppers or confetti is not permitted in activity or food areas.

3. CONSENT ON BEHALF OF THOSE UNDER 16 YEARS OLD

  • I am the parent/guardian of the child/ren who is/are under sixteen (16) years of age. I consent to allow that/those child/ren to participate in the use of a range of equipment and activities.
  • I declare that if I am not the parent or guardian of the child/ren I have authority from the child/ren’s parent or guardian to sign this risk acknowledgement form and acknowledge the risk on their behalf.
  • I confirm that I am responsible for the child/ren in my care to ensure they undertake the Activity in accordance with the safety rules either displayed or oral instructions and advice given to me and he/she/them prior to or during the Activity.
  • I acknowledge that I am responsible for the safety & supervision of the child/ren listed (including the safety of our possessions,) and that BH Live do not provide supervision of children whilst using the premises or children attending unaccompanied or if left unaccompanied on the premises.
  • I certify that to the best of my knowledge the child/ren is/are in good physical condition and do not have any medical condition that might have the effect of making it more likely that they be involved in an incident which could result in injury to themselves or others (if in any doubt, please check with the child/ren’s parent or guardian).
  • I certify that the child/ren have no pre-existing medical conditions which, could through participation in the Activity, result in injury to them or damage to their health.
  • I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to assess the suitability of the Activity for use by children in my care.

4. YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I/we understand that: -

  • BH Live staff do not assess the abilities of the individual participants of suitability of the Activity for use by individual participants.
  • All participants, parents and guardians must make their own assessment of whether the Activity is suitable for use by individual participants and individual participants ability to participate in the Activity prior to use.
  • The Activity is dangerous and there is a risk of personal injury when undertaking such Activity and participation can result in serious injury or death.
  • The increased risk in using the Activity.
  • I/he/she/they use the Activity entirely at my/their own risk.
  • Participation in the Activity can result in personal injury including, but not limited to, friction, burns, cuts, abrasions, bruising, muscle strains, twists, sprains, dislocations, broken bones and paralysis and accept that these injuries can occur through general use of equipment and not always or necessarily because of defective equipment or negligence of the Company.
  • Accept that the Activity requires a moderate level of fitness and can be physically demanding and requires physical effort and I/he/she/they should not undertake the Activity unless I/he/she/they am is/are physically able to.
  • I/he/she/they are responsible for my/his/her/their own actions and or involvement in the using the Activity.
  • BH Live do not provide direct supervision of participants when using the Activity.
  • BH Live do not provide training or tuition to participants in the use of the Activity where the Activity booked is not specified to be coach led.
  • I am confident in my/their abilities, aware of and competent in my/their own skill set.
  • I/they will not attempt any manoeuvre beyond my/their own skill level.
  • In the unlikely event of an accident, I acknowledge that the Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the Activity (except for death or personal injury caused by Company negligence) and waive all and any claims against the Company in this respect.
  • I acknowledge that I (and the child/ren in my care) have been provided with advice from the Company in relation to the Activity and that I have read and fully understand the above and accept the terms of participation freely and voluntarily without any inducement prior to signing/submitting this form.
