Terms and Conditions

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of BH Live (the Promoter), and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the prize draw.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• Prizes include one annual membership for you and a friend of your choice. No other membership types are included in this prize draw.
• Only one prize of two annual memberships can be won per person per region.
• The prize draw closes on Thursday 31 October at 11:59pm. After this date and time no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
• The prize winners will be selected randomly from all participants who enter on Instagram and Facebook, who have successfully completed and submitted a prize draw entry form on bhliveactive.org.uk
• The winners will be contacted by Monday 4 November 2024. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook. If the winners cannot be contacted, does not respond or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw their prize and pick a replacement winner.
• The winners will have to produce a valid student identity card to qualify for and redeem the membership.
• The decision of the promoter in relation to the promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• No information regarding entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party not involved in the conduct of the promotion.
• BH Live can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete or fail to arrive by the closing date.
• The prizes are as stated, and no refunds, cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
• BH Live reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
• BH Live decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
• Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
• Contact details will be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw. If marketing consent is given at point of entry, contact details will be used for marketing purposes.

• Excludes junior, student, and Wellness Hubs memberships. Cannot be applied to current BH Live Active memberships, annuals, flexi, exercise referrals, short-term passes, lessons, courses, BH Live Active at Home memberships or cash plans. 
• Offer, activities and facilities vary subject to membership type.
