Our activity programmes offer all ages the opportunity to stay healthy and active. We have a variety of courses, from swimming lesson courses with our Swimming Academy, to football leagues with Littledown Juniors. There is something for everyone in our centres across Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton and Portsmouth.
