Les Mills Festival - Keep it 100

We're gearing up to celebrate the 100th release of the world's most popular martial arts group workout - and we want you to be part of the BODYCOMBAT™ 100 action!

BODYCOMBAT™ brings together elements of Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu in a fun and easy-to-follow way. You don’t need any martial arts experience – during the warm up you’ll be coached through all the different movements. You can expect to power through invigorating sets of hooks, jabs and uppercuts, and there are plenty of kicks and high knees too. You’ll also benefit from functional training moves such as lunges, squats and push ups.
