First Steps to Fitness is a welcoming, no-pressure, FREE pop-up event designed especially for people who are thinking about becoming more active. Whether you’re a total beginner, returning to exercise after a break, or managing an injury or health condition, this is a great place to start.
Appointments last around 20–30 minutes.
You’ll meet with a qualified Exercise Referral Advisor or Personal Trainer.
Together, you’ll chat about what your fitness journey could look like and explore the best pathway to help you reach your goals.
If you’re living with a long-term health condition, we can also discuss which activities might help you manage your symptoms.
After your appointment, enjoy a FREE hot drink on us.

Monday 1 December at Littledown – 10:30am until 2:30pm
