First Steps to Fitness

‘Because everyone has to start somewhere’

First Steps to Fitness is a welcoming, no-pressure, FREE pop-up event designed especially for people who are thinking about becoming more active. Whether you’re a total beginner, returning to exercise after a break, or managing an injury or health condition, this is a great place to start.

What to Expect

  • Appointments last around 20–30 minutes.

  • You’ll meet with a qualified Exercise Referral Advisor or Personal Trainer.

  • Together, you’ll chat about what your fitness journey could look like and explore the best pathway to help you reach your goals.

If you’re living with a long-term health condition, we can also discuss which activities might help you manage your symptoms.

After your appointment, enjoy a FREE hot drink on us.

Wednesday 26 November at Queens Park – 10:00am until 2:00pm (not accessible)

Monday 1 December at Littledown – 10:30am until 2:30pm

Appointments run every 20 minutes (on the hour, at twenty past, and at twenty to).
