- Junior Coaching
Mini Recreation (4-6 years)
Learn and develop the basics in an enjoyable recreational session using fun set ups, Olympic apparatus, and foam pits, earning British Gymnastics awards along the way.
New Gymnasts start in our mini rec 1 classes and progress through rec groups 2,3 & 4 before moving to our Junior Recreation programme.
Junior Recreation (7-12 years)
Come and learn a variety of skills, building confidence along the way through these exciting sessions, which include the use of Olympic apparatus. British Gymnastics awards will be attained to celebrate achievements along the way.
New gymnasts start in our rec 1 classes and progress through to rec 2, 3 & 4.
Freestyle Gymnastics (10-16 years)
Express the freestyler in you and work on floor skills and tricks in our fantastic freestyle session. From pits to vaulting there’s something for everyone!
Teen Gymnastics (12-16 Years)
A social fun class, setting the skills you want to learn and exploring different apparatus along the way. Gymnasts have the option to work British Gymnastics Awards.
Advanced Gymnastics (invitation only)
Advanced sessions will look to develop body conditioning, technique, and more advanced skills to enable attendees to be hard working, confident, and competition ready.
Advanced Gym is by invitation or entry following a successful trial.
Membership options for 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week.
Gymnasts will need British Gymnastics Insurance & competition attire for this pathway.
