BH Live Active at Home

If you are 18+, and have an activated unlimited membership or a digital only membership, you will be able to access BH Live Active at Home.

You’d need to unfreeze your membership to access the classes. Please contact our membership team to unfreeze your membership.

There are login links on the BH Live Active at Home webpage and the BH Live Active app. You will need to use the same password and login you use to access activity bookings.

Follow the prompts to reset your login details. Your new password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least;

• 1 upper case letter
• 1 lower case letter
• 1 number
• 1 special character such as £, %, -, @

If you are getting a message to upgrade your membership it could be because your membership is either frozen, has expired or does not include BH Live Active at Home. If you have a membership query or would like to unfreeze your membership please ask in centre.

Live classes are advertised and streamed directly through BH Live Active at Home. If you have a membership where BH Live Active at Home is included, you’ll be able to access these classes.

We operate a booking system for all activities and recommend you book all activities in advance. Members can tap into the gyms without booking. Gym (PAYG), swim and class sessions can be booked on the BH Live Active mobile app (Apple Store and Google Play) or online. You can also book spa sessions, football pitches, netball, badminton and tennis courts and junior activities.

Booking via the app

• Step one – Download the BH Live Active app (available via the Apple Store and Google Play)
• Step two – Choose the centre you wish to visit – you can choose multiple centres
• Step Three – Login – remember to use the email address linked with your membership account. If you are booking activities for someone else (e.g. a child) make sure you set up a separate account to yours to check activity availability and book via their account.
• Step Four – Pick the activity you wish to book onto. You can book a gym session, swim, classes, junior activities, spa and sports via the app.
• If you are new to the app or have forgotten your login details, hit ‘reset your password’ and follow the prompts.

Booking online

• Go to www.bhliveactive.org.uk and select Book An Activity.
• If you can’t remember your login details click ‘forgotten your password’ follow the prompts. If you need to set up an account, click sign up now and follow the prompts. In both instances, remember to use the email address associated with your membership account.
• If you are booking an activity for someone else, as part of a junior or family membership, use the email address associated with the main account and set up a separate password for each member. You may need the Member ID of each member if you do not know this please ask in centre or contact us via our online Help Centre.

Pay as you Go

• Step one – You will need to register with us before being able to book. Do this at: https://my.bhliveactive.org.uk/JoinAtHome
• Step two – If you are booking activities for someone else (e.g. a child) make sure you set up a separate account to yours to check activity availability and book via their account.
• Step three – Once you’ve registered, you can go ahead and create your account. You can then download the BH Live Active mobile app or go to our website and book online.

Yes – it is £4.99 pcm – available to purchase online in the other memberships section.

Yes – connect your device to your smart TV or access via the TV’s web browser.
