BH Live Active app

We've recently updated our app. Here are some of our new features:

What’s new?

  • Improved home screen - explore all the activities, classes and facilities in your area – no need to switch between centres anymore!
  • Family & Junior area - see what’s on and book family and junior courses, lessons, parties, and holiday activities – all in one handy section
  • Attractions - discover and book attractions
  • Manage your membership – update your details, view your account, and make payments
  • Contact us – need some help? Access our online Help Centre and get in touch
  • Waiting list notifications – get a message as soon as a space on your favourite group classes become available. No more waiting for email.

Booking reminder notifications can be turned off manually in Conversation settings within the BH Live Active app. 

Head to your BH Live Active messaging centre in the BH Live Active app (tap the below icon found in the top right hand corner of your app) 


Select ‘Booking reminder’  

Tap on the cog icon 

Change Push Notifications to On/Off

If you have booked onto a class you can’t attend, you must cancel at least two hours before the class is due to start. If your class takes place before 9am you may cancel up to one hour.

How to cancel:

  • You can cancel via the BH Live Active app, using the ‘manage my bookings’ tile.
  • Alternatively, you can cancel online
