Can my child use the gym unsupervised?

From Monday 1 September, the following changes will be made for Juniors accessing the gym: 

• Visitors aged 14+ can use our gyms without parental supervision (under 16s cannot use free weights or attend classes that use weights) 

• Junior Gym sessions will be available for children aged 8-13 years old 

• Family Gym sessions – to attend, participants must be at least 8 years old and must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times 

• All Junior members must have completed a parental consent form and a BH Live Active gym induction before visiting the gym or attending any sessions
