Our gym tots courses are suitable for children aged 3-5 years. Delivered by our experienced British Gymnastics qualified team, these sessions develop FUNdamental skills including stability, balance, and coordination in a fun and friendly environment.
Join any time, subject to availability. New courses start each half term.

Gym Tots Courses

Learn to swim with the Swimming Academy and gain a skill for life! 
We aim to provide swimmers with a high level of water confidence, swimming techniques, and general water skills. All lessons are designed to mix education and safety with the fun side of swimming and work towards the Swim England National Plan.

Swimming Lessons

Join around 700 boys and girls aged 3-17 playing football at Littledown every weekend. Follow our proven structured football pathway, starting with our indoor coaching academy for 3-5 year-olds, and moving on to our outdoor leagues and cup competitions for 6-17 year-olds.

Littledown Juniors

Our junior programme offers children the opportunity to stay healthy and active. During the school holidays, we expand our offering with further clubs and workshops.

Holiday Activities

Crusher is an inflatable assault course, perfect for adults and children. All participants must be over 8 years old and be able to swim 25 meters unaided. Can you make it to the end or will the Crusher get you?
