Replacement Player Policy

Throughout the season, we understand that players might be absent from Littledown Juniors. If this is the case and a player from your team is going to be absent for 1 week or more, you are entitled to bring in a replacement for the period they are away.

Littledown Juniors does not permit in game substitutions. We pride ourselves in ensuring that all registered players are on the pitch for 2 full games each week. Please note that if your team is found to be using substitutions, a win (3 points) will be awarded to the opposition. Our Replacement Player Policy is designed to help teams who may be without a registered player for 1 week or more.

IF A PLAYER IS GOING TO BE ABSENT FOR 3 OR MORE CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, PLEASE NOTIFY THE LITTLEDOWN JUNIORS OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Replacement Player Forms must be completed online BEFORE your first game starts.

The form can be accessed via our Facebook page or can be sent via email, please email littledownjuniors@bhlive.org.uk to request this.

Ensure all details are filled in correctly! You must complete the whole form including the name of the absent player. The player must also be of the correct age.

Please note that if an unregistered player is found to be playing for any team, a win (3 points) will automatically be awarded to the opposition and any points gained from said games with the unregistered player in will be deducted from the offending team.
