What is Reformer Pilates?

Get ready to elevate your fitness routine! This summer, a brand-new Reformer Pilates studio and classes is opening at BH Live Active, Pyramids.
Using high-tech Reformer Pilates beds, this energising, full‑body, low‑impact workout is designed to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellbeing.
Enjoy hundreds of on-demand workouts using the Reform RX platform at your own pace (included in selected BH Live Active memberships), or book onto guided instructor-led sessions. See the BH Live Active app for member and non-member rates.
Yes. Selected BH Live Active membership types (Adult, All Access, Teen (16-17), Senior, Corporate, Off-Peak*, and Student) can use the Reformer Pilates studio and access its on-demand library of hundreds of guided workouts through the Reform RX platform.
Instructor-led Reformer Pilates classes are not included in BH Live Active memberships, however they are available at a member rate of £5 per class for those with selected BH Live Active membership types (see above).
The non-member PAYG rate for instructor-led classes is £15 per class. Access to the Reformer Pilates studio for self-serve on-demand Reform RX class streaming is £9.50 and includes the use of Pyramids’ gym, and two hours’ free parking in the Clarence Esplanade car park, subject to availability. Vehicle registration details must be entered on the tablet inside the gym to validate.
On-demand sessions and instructor led classes are bookable up to seven days in advance via the BH Live Active app or website.

You must be aged 16+ to access the Reformer Pilates studio (no adult supervision is required for people aged 16-17)
Please wear clothing suitable for exercise that enables you to move freely and does not put you at risk of injury. Footwear is not permitted on the Reformer beds – you must either wear socks or exercise barefoot.
