Arriving by car

The Quays is located at 27 Harbour Parade, Southampton. Use post code SO15 1BA for sat nav.

Next to the centre, there is two car parks, managed by Southampton City Council. The Quays (North) has 133 spaces, and The Quays (South) has 92 spaces.

There is a limited designated parking bays for Blue Badge Holders and Family Spaces, available on a first come first served basis.

Parking is pay-and-display, and charges apply alternatively, Parking Session can be purchased in the Pay by Phone app. Members can collect their 3-hour parking pass from the Customer Service Desk.

Arriving by bus

The Quays is well-served by local bus routes. Located a short walk from West Quay Shopping Centre, the closest bus stop is Albion Place.

Arriving by bike

Bike racks are located in the car park. We recommend using a D lock to secure your bike. Items are left at own risk and BH Live does not take any responsibility for any theft or damage to your property.
