The Quays

Situated near Southampton City Centre, BH Live Active, The Quays is one of only four high-performance centres for diving in the UK. With a 10m diving board, 18m diving pool, 25m main pool, and a waterslide feeding into the Lagoon Pool, everyone is guaranteed a splashing good time!

Whether you are a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, get a great workout in our brand-new gym facilities where you can enjoy strength, mobility and cardio training. Dedicated junior and family gym sessions are also available so everyone can enjoy being more active together.

If you love working out with others and find instructor-led sessions super motivating, our group exercise timetable has it all. Enjoy HIIT (high-intensity interval training), Les Mills^TM BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyBalance, Yoga, Pilates and more.

Pool-based classes and activities include Wet and Wacky, Aqua Fit, Aqua Zumba and more. And if you aren’t so confident in the water, our swimming academy runs swimming lessons for both adults and young people.

Need to refuel? Grab a bite to eat, a coffee and socialise at The Terrace Café.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras are in operation and managed by Horizon Parking. Customers can get free parking for up to three hours when using the centre’s facilities. Vehicles must be registered each time via the tablet located inside the centre at the reception. If you are staying for longer, charges and how to pay are displayed in the car park.
