About Our Centres

Centre opening hours are listed on each centre page. 

Yes - free customer parking is available at our centres seven days a week, however time restrictions apply.

ANPR operates in many of our car parks - where there are time restrictions, please see car park signage or ask in centre about how to register your vehicle details and pay for additional hours.

  • Littledown Centre – free customer parking for up to 3 hours, seven days a week. If you are staying for longer, charges and how to pay are displayed in the car park.
  • Pelhams Park
  • Sir David English
  • Queen's Park – free customer parking for up to 2.5 hours. Vehicles must be validated each time via the tablet located inside the centre at the reception. If you are staying longer, charges and how to pay are displayed in the car park.
  • Stokewood
  • Corfe Mullen
  • Mountbatten – free customer parking for up to 4 hours. If you are staying longer, charges and how to pay are displayed on site.
  • Pyramids – free parking (for gym and class customers only) for up to 2 hours. Vehicles must be validated each time via the tablet located inside the gym. If you are staying longer, or are visiting an event or Exploria, charges and how to pay are displayed in the car park.
  • Tennis and Gymnastics Centres
  • Wimbledon Park Sports Centre (ask in centre for details)
  • Charter Community Sports Centre
  • The Quays – free customer parking with car parking permit which can be obtained from reception, ask in centre for details. 
  • Bitterne – free customer parking for up to 3 hours, seven days a week. If you are staying for longer, charges and how to pay are displayed in the car park. 
  • Chamberlayne

Children aged under eight must be accompanied by an adult while in the centre. From aged eight and upwards, they are allowed to swim unattended. Children aged 8 to 13 must either attend family open sessions with an adult present or participate in the specific 8-13 timetabled classes, where no adult presence is required. From the age of 14, children can use the gym without supervision. More information can be found on our Rules and Regulations page.

Cash and card payments are accepted at all of our other centres.

Yes! Changing rooms and lockers are available at all of our centres. Lockers are operated by either padlocks, keypads or tokens - please ask in centre for details. Tokens and padlocks can be purchased at our receptions, or you can bring and use your own. We regularly carry out locker checks so please don't leave any personal items in the lockers overnight. All items are left at your own risk. We advise that you do not bring any items of high value into the centre.

Yes, all centres (with the exception of Wimbledon Park Sports Centre and Charter Community Sports Centre in Portsmouth) provide free customer WiFi.
