General Questions

If you have booked onto a class you can’t attend, you must cancel at least two hours before the class is due to start. If your class takes place before 9am you may cancel up to one hour.

How to cancel:

  • You can cancel via the BH Live Active app, using the ‘manage my bookings’ tile.
  • Alternatively, you can cancel online

Pitch availability and booking can be done online, or via the BH Live Active app and selecting Sports on applicable centres. 

All pay as you go activities have to be booked and paid for in advance.

You can do this either on the BH Live Active app – or online.

Yes, we have lockers at our centres. Systems vary at each centre and operate with either padlocks, keypads or tokens.

Tokens and padlocks are available to purchase from reception or you can bring and use your own. Please ask in centre if you need any assistance.

Facilities vary from centre to centre. The following centres have a soft play area: 

  • Littledown 
  • Pelhams 
  • Corfe Mullen
  • Mountbatten 

Soft play access is on a first come first serve basis (charges apply at some centres). For more info please visit here.

Facilities vary from centre to centre. Free customer parking is available at the following centres.

  • Littledown Centre – up to 3 hours, seven days a week. If you are staying for longer, charges and how to pay are displayed in the car park.
  • Pelhams Park
  • Sir David English
  • Queen's Park – parking is free for 30 minutes. Centre users can validate parking via the tablet at customer service for 2.5 hours parking free. If you are staying longer, charges and how to pay are displayed on site.
  • Stokewood
  • Corfe Mullen
  • Mountbatten
  • Pyramids – 90 minutes free parking for gym and class customers (ask in centre for details)
  • Tennis and Gymnastics Centres
  • Wimbledon Park Sports Centre (ask in centre for details)
  • Charter Community Sports Centre

Yes, all of our larger centres provide free wifi for customers to use.

Sorry – smaller sites such as Wimbledon Park and Charter do not have wifi.

All customers are asked to help keep both themselves and others safe. This includes:

  • Washing and sanitising hands regularly
  • Covering coughs and sneezes with tissues and disposing of them in a bin
  • Wiping down machines and equipment with wipes and sanitiser provided before and after every use

We are able to assist with general enquiries via social media but we are unable to access membership information via social media.

If you have a question relating to your membership account, please either ask in centre or contact our membership team via our online help centre.

Booking reminder notifications can be turned off manually in Conversation settings within the BH Live Active app. 

Head to your BH Live Active messaging centre in the BH Live Active app (tap the below icon found in the top right hand corner of your app) 


Select ‘Booking reminder’  

Tap on the cog icon 

Change Push Notifications to On/Off
