Getting started is easy 
Access BH Live Active at Home via the BH Live Active app or online.  

Log in using the email and password linked to your BH Live Active membership. If you’ve forgotten your login details, you can reset your password here. If your membership types does not allow access, then you will need to upgrade your membership.
