BH Live Active, Bitterne offers access to our well-equipped gym, including cardio area, free weights and resistance machines as well as our 25m swimming pool and leaner pool for aqua classes, swimming lessons and family swimming.
Bitterne Leisure Centre also offers a wide range of fitness classes, including Les Mills™ BODYPUMP &amp; BODYCOMBAT, Aquafit, pilates and yoga.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras are in operation and managed by Smart Parking. Customers can validate 3-hour parking at the front desk on arrival.

Swimming

Our gyms in Southampton hold a great range of cardio and resistance training machines, a functional training area, and a great range of free weights and racks for strength training. Gym sessions only require booking for pay as you go sessions.

Sports Hall

Taught by our star group fitness instructors, our classes at BH Live Active are more than just a workout. Stay motivated by exercising with other people, with a wide range of the latest fitness classes available. You’ll never have trouble finding a workout.
