Taught by our star group fitness instructors, our classes at BH Live Active are more than just a workout. Stay motivated by exercising with other people, with a wide range of the latest fitness classes available. From mind &amp; body to strength &amp; conditioning, you’ll never have trouble finding a workout.

Whether you are looking for lane swimming, family fun sessions, or swimming lessons, we have something for everyone. We are also proud to host regional swimming galas and events.

Swimming Pool

Our gyms in Portsmouth hold a great range of cardio and resistance training machines, a functional training area, and a great range of free weights and racks for strength training. Gym sessions only require booking for pay as you go sessions.

Our sports hall can host badminton, netball, volleyball, 5-a-side football pitches, basketball, and more.
