If you have a medical exemption for exercising, including pregnancy or are a student, you may wish to freeze your membership instead.
However, if you still wish to cancel and you have completed your contracted term please complete our cancellation form. One month’s written notice will be required unless you are still within a contract then it will be the remaining term – see membership terms and conditions for details.
Please note that cancellations require one month’s notice and cancellation will be applied after your minimum contract payments have been made, unless with proof of medical reasons or relocation.
We’ve made it easy to freeze, simply complete our freeze your membership form. As long as you fit our membership freeze criteria (see section 6), we will be able to complete your request.
