Located on Weston Lane and a short walk from Woolston, BH Live Active, Chamberlayne offers access to a well-equipped gym, group exercise classes and sports hall for activities including football, badminton, table tennis and more.
Chamberlayne Leisure Centre also offers a wide range of fitness classes including Les Mills™ BODYPUMP &amp; RPM, Yoga, Pilates and more.
Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras are in operation and managed by Horizon Parking. Customers can validate 3-hour parking at the front desk on arrival.

Our gyms in Southampton hold a great range of cardio and resistance training machines, a functional training area, and a great range of free weights and racks for strength training. Gym sessions only require booking for pay as you go sessions.

Taught by our star group fitness instructors, our classes at BH Live Active are more than just a workout. Stay motivated by exercising with other people, with a wide range of the latest fitness classes available.
