A brand-new gym and multi-use sports hall offers lots of great sessions and activities to help you move more and feel great.

Whether you are a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, get a great workout in our brand-new gym facilities powered by Pulse Fitness where you can enjoy strength, free weights, functional fitness, and cardio training. Dedicated junior and family gym sessions are also available so everyone can enjoy being more active together.

If you love working out with others and find instructor-led sessions super motivating, our group exercise timetable has it all. Enjoy Les Mills^TM BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyBalance, Yoga, Dance, Group Cycle, Circuits, Zumba, Pilates and lots more.

If you enjoy pool-based classes and activities, head over to Bitterne and The Quays for Wet and Wacky pool play, Aqua Fit, Aqua Zumba and more. And if you aren’t so confident in the water, our swimming academy runs swimming lessons for both adults and young people.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras are in operation and managed by Horizon Parking. Customers can get free parking for up to three hours when using the centre’s facilities. Vehicles must be registered each time via the tablet located inside the centre at the reception. If you are staying for longer, charges and how to pay are displayed in the car park.
